Raise a support request when needed
Use the supported incident route if access, learner linkage, published information, or account security needs attention.
A Guardian account is not a second student, teacher, or administrator account.
Guardian access does not grant teaching controls, institution administration, unrelated learner records, or broader classroom data. Access remains bounded by the linked learner relationship and institution policy.
