This policy explains how the public website and configured platform may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies. Exact storage depends on the active WordPress, platform, hosting, security, provider, and consent configuration.
1. Essential storage
WordPress and the platform may use essential storage for sign-in, account sessions, security, nonce validation, role routing, preferences, form protection, and other functions requested by the user. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, form submission, or portal operation.
2. Appearance and privacy-notice preferences
The public theme stores the selected light or dark appearance in local storage. When the optional privacy notice is enabled, its dismissal is stored in local storage. These values are used for the interface and are not used by the theme for advertising or cross-site tracking.
3. Form security
Public forms use security tokens, a hidden honeypot, timing validation, and short-term rate limiting. When Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, Cloudflare may use technical signals and its own storage to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse.
4. Embedded and configured services
Embedded video, social media, analytics, chat, maps, external fonts, payment services, classroom providers, or other integrations may set their own cookies or storage if an administrator enables them. The site operator should update this policy and deploy any required consent controls before adding non-essential services.
5. Analytics and advertising
The theme package does not load advertising pixels or a public analytics service by itself. If the site operator adds analytics or marketing technology, the applicable service, purpose, retention, provider, and consent choice should be disclosed here.
6. Managing browser storage
You can inspect, block, or clear site data through browser settings. You may also use available consent controls for non-essential services. Clearing storage can sign you out, reset appearance preferences, or require security verification again.
