The language appears in the plugin catalog for one or more capabilities. This is a product definition, not proof that the current site can use it.
Language Support Must Be Verified at Every Layer
Perfect Aptitude can coordinate speech recognition, text translation, and text-to-speech across configured languages. Availability on a live institution depends on the installed pack, plan, institution activation, provider configuration, and operational health.
2. Installed on the site
The required language pack or configuration is present and passes package validation. Installation alone does not activate it for an institution.
3. Active for the institution
The institution has permission, plan entitlement, and an active language selection for the relevant workflow.
4. Functional through a provider
The configured ASR, translation, or TTS provider passes health checks and the real workflow succeeds with the required browser, network, and account permissions.
