Governed Content Ingestion

Book and Learning-Material Conversion with Review Gates

Perfect Aptitude can move authorized source material through validation, private storage, extraction or OCR, review, approval, assignment, and learner access. Accepted formats, limits, processors, and completion time depend on the selected workflow and deployed environment.

1. Submit an authorized source

An institution uploads a file type accepted by the selected EAP ingestion flow and confirms that it has the right to process and distribute the material.

2. Validate and protect the upload

The workflow applies permission, file, size, policy, storage, and malware controls before the source is accepted for processing.

3. Extract, OCR, and record evidence

Available processors extract text or apply OCR, while the platform records processing states, errors, and quality evidence for review.

4. Review, approve, and release

Authorized staff review the converted material, correct issues, approve the output, assign it to the intended audience, and publish it through controlled content workflows.

Conversion quality and timing are source-dependent

Scans, handwriting, complex layouts, diagrams, tables, mathematical notation, low-resolution images, large files, queue load, provider quotas, and unavailable OCR services can affect processing time and output quality. Generated text, outlines, summaries, or questions must be reviewed before students rely on them.

Test with Representative Source Material

Use a permitted sample that reflects the real page count, scan quality, language, diagrams, tables, and mathematical content required by your institution.
