Frequently asked questions

Perfect Aptitude FAQ

Clear answers about roles, approvals, classroom features, content operations, lead delivery, and production readiness.

Who can use Perfect Aptitude?

The platform supports institution administrators, teachers, students, guardians, and authorized platform administrators through separate role-based workflows.

How are teacher and student accounts approved?

Institution-linked registrations remain pending until an authorized institution administrator reviews the membership request and approves or rejects it.

Does the platform support live multilingual classrooms?

Perfect Aptitude can combine speech capture, live transcripts, configured translation providers, and text-to-speech output. Availability depends on enabled services, browser permissions, language support, and institution configuration.

Can students access calendars and lesson replays?

Authorized students can use role-permitted calendar and replay-library routes when those modules are enabled and relevant content has been assigned or published.

What happens when a contact or demo email fails?

The theme stores the submission as a private WordPress lead before attempting email or webhook delivery, allowing administrators to review the request from the dashboard.

Does the theme change plugin portal templates?

No. Enterprise Academic Platform remains authoritative for portal, login, signup, classroom, role dashboards, and plugin-owned legal surfaces.

Is every deployment automatically production-ready?

No. Each deployment still requires staging tests with real role accounts, configured providers, email delivery checks, security review, backups, performance testing, and live operational acceptance.

Still need help?
